Winthorpe Hall care home is located in the picturesque village of Winthorpe, located just three miles from Newark – on Trent town centre and is on a regular bus route. The home is situated within six acres of private woodland and lawns allowing you to be in the countryside and yet close to all amenities.

Our care home and staff pride themselves on offering first class care. We specialise in short term respite care and both short and long residential care.
Full time care;
To ensure we can provide the best care, we only accept 16-18 Full time residents. Once you have joined us, an experienced member of staff will be assigned to you as your key contact. In this way you have someone special, who knows you well, that you can discuss things in detail with.
Carer Breaks;
This allows the full time carer to take a well earned holiday, whilst knowing that their relative is being well looked after – Carer breaks can be funded by the local authority
Convalescence breaks;
Hospital patients who require a short time in between hospital and full return to home can be assisted to mobilise better and build up strength to walk look after themselves.
Day Care;
This is usually 9:00 to 4:00pm and allows the family to attend appointments. This can be tailored to suit individual needs.
